Segbert ZPA 80/35 Palletizer

Layer palletizer for stable (strapped) bundles. 
Bundle size : min 140-200mm, max 300-430mm  
From one infeed line onto one pallet.  
Infeed with blocking unit VB-95 and optionally walkway conveyor and flow turn to the left. 
Row building with bundle turning, transfer of rows and building of a complete layer. Palletizing of the layer onto pallet. 
Pallet conveying for EURO-pallets (800x1200mm) with empty pallet dispenser PT-80, palletizing position and pick-up for full pallets. 
Speed of up to 1500 bundles/h (stable bundles required!). 
Weight (palletizer + pallet conveying): ~ 3000 kg
