During the last years one department of geman
graphics has specialised in reconditioning
machines. We proceed as follows:
In case of complete reconditioning at first we do
a stocktaking of the machine’s condition, if
possible at its actual location. Delivery, bearing,
gears and cylinders are examined of scratches
and damages.
Afterwards the machine is dismantled until its

frame and every part is controlled separately. The parts are examined, cleaned and painted.
Moreover we check the pneumatical and hydraulic components of their pressure and exchange
all media (hydraulic-, gear- and machine oil).

Then we exchange all parts which are out of tolerance
referring to the manufacturer’s guide line with original new
parts or parts manufactured in our workshop. Afterwards
the machine is rebuilt after the prescription of the
manufacturer and tested under production conditions.
This service we offer as well directly in your bookbindery or printer’s shop.
