Before our technicians are able to recondition a pressure vacuum pump they have to determine
its actual condition.

For it the technicians dismantle the pump, check
the rotor and change the bearings. At oil
lubricates vacuum pumps the shaft seals and
the metal vanes are changed. At dry running
pumps we are changing the carbon vanes.

Then the pressure vacuum pump is inspected
down to the pump body, the individual parts are
varnished and cleaned and the worn out parts
are changed. Now we put a new set of seals into the pump and reassemble the pump.

Finally the pump is running for several hours in a practical test with a check for pressure and vacuum which has to show the same parameters as a new pressure vacuum pump does.

Moreover we always have some pressure vacuum pumps in our stock.
We can offer you a pump exchange as a 24-h-Service.
